PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

The rotor impeller is used to install the working moving blades and transmit the rotational torque generated by the airflow force on the moving blades to the main shaft for work, in order to drive the pump, compressor, and generator. The impeller is located in a high-temperature working fluid and rotates at high speed, subject to various complex and alternating forces, which are usually very large.

 

The steam turbine impeller is composed of three parts: the rim, the hub, and the body.

The impeller rim is the outer edge of the impeller, which has a blade root groove for installing moving blades.
The impeller hub is the connecting part between the impeller and the shaft. Generally, the hub and shaft of a forged rotor are forged together.
The impeller body is the middle part that connects the impeller rim and the impeller hub.
